I’m having a little problem with the Service department since having ownership of a 2019 Nissan frontier I’m having problem with a rattling noise under the vehicle. The gate door latch will not lock. also, the Serpentine Belt Needs to be replaced. I purchased the extended warranty, but you want to pay for the belt. I just want the truck fix. I like the truck, but these issues need to be addressed and fixed. I’ve been communicating back-and-forth with Joe Butner, He is the service advisor. Hopefully this matter will get some quickly. More
