My 2021 Honda Civic is my first car since graduating from college. The representatives (Justin Raymond and Raymond Furslew) were very professional and made my Honda purchase fun and easy. Vehicle was ready at the quoted time, appreciated that a discount from a recent email was applied without me asking. Only thing close to a complaint would be that the service department is still using it's discount from a recent email was applied without me asking. Only thing close to a complaint would be that the service department is still using it's covid related setup in what was previously the drop off area. Hopefully we can get back to using the drive up garage as intended soon, since the current set up is a little bit confusing. More
