I am a returning Infiniti owner. I started an internet search into replacing 2 vehicles. I visited several dealer websites including Infiniti. Gary Feldman telephoned me promptly as a result of my inqui search into replacing 2 vehicles. I visited several dealer websites including Infiniti. Gary Feldman telephoned me promptly as a result of my inquiry. Prior to meeting Gary I visited both Volvo & Audi dealerships. Audi was without question the worst car buying experience of my life! My initial meeting with Gary was to lay the ground work for trading-in and leasing a G37 & FX-35. I immediately felt comfortable with Gary. He has a relaxed personality and is a consumate professional. What started out as a casual conversation over a coffee turned into a deal - all in the space of 2 hrs! Both Gary and Kolter Kestler, who assisted, took what was a challenging prospect and made it a reality. All through the negotiation process they listened intently to what I was looking for and made it happen. There were no frayed nerves, high anxiety or intricate number games - simple and effortless. At every step of the process they made my wife, son and I very comfortable. They made buying an Infiniti very personal. I honestly cannot see myself looking at another brand. Most certainly not German as Audi is not for me. My experience was truly exceptional! More
Yes, I would recommend this dealership very highly. Mr. Musso made this experience one of our best car/leasing/experiences we've had in a long time. His knowledge of the Infiniti G25, his wonderful people skills and his great attitude was indeed a welcomed change from some of the salespeople we've had in the past at other dealerships. Also his enthusiasm for nice/luxury cars was contagious and we're so happy to now drive this great Infiniti G25! More
I completed submitted my company VIP form on line and Julie called me right away. What was so interesting I completed about 5 VIP forms on line for other auto makers and Julie wast the only to call me a Julie called me right away. I was just completing the forms, I was not going to go out and look for a car that day until she called and emailed. I thought hmmm! this lady was nice, let and my wife and went down to see her. We felt comfortable talking to her and we felt we could trust her. We have had some bad experiences in the past with "male car salesman"!!! However, Julie was able to win our trust, she was not pushy, she smiled and it was a real authentic smile, not some fake salesman smile. You know how salesman can be so cheesy. She was not that. It was like she really cared about us and wanted us to make the best decision regarding purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I are so grateful to have meet her and have her as I sales person. We love you Julie. She then passed over to Chris Biggs (R Kelly Mr. Biggs) and he took great care of us too. Chris explained everthing too and was nice and seemed like a good genuine individual. You know with this economy, people want to know they are spending their money on good products. The general public is growing tired of people who lie and cheat you out of your hard earned money. And my wife and I felt like Julie and Chris did a wonderful job and actually cared about us and our family. May God bless both on them. More
After doing a lot of reasearch and reviews I decided on a G35/37.Since we were looking for a used car there were plenty of choices to buy from .I looked for over a year and drove several cars at other dealer G35/37.Since we were looking for a used car there were plenty of choices to buy from .I looked for over a year and drove several cars at other dealerships .I visited Crossroads Infiniti and met Rob Musso .I explained to Rob what I was looking for and he was eager to help .I left my email and cell phone number to several reps at other dealerships but never heard from any of them .Rob was the first one to even follow up with me .It did not take him long to find something we were interested in and with Yuri Mirzoyan"s help we were able to make a great deal .There was never any pressure and they were always very friendly .Rob is very knowledgeable of the cars and spent time with me explaining the many options on our G37 .I recommend Crossroads Infiniti and Rob made it very easy . From my initial contact with the dealership through the USAA Car buying service I was treated with courtesy and respect. I was contacted via email almost immediately after clicking "submit" on the USAA we USAA Car buying service I was treated with courtesy and respect. I was contacted via email almost immediately after clicking "submit" on the USAA website. Upon following up with a phone call I felt compelled to visit the showroom. They warmly greeted me and my wife and three kids. Rob talked to me and answered all my questions while Julie took a test drive with my wife. Then we switched and my wife watched the kids with Julie while I drove the vehicle with Rob. The entire process was smooth. Though several people handled different portions of the purchase, Julie and Rob remained close throughout and continued to answer my questions. I never felt pressure sales tactics and thought the price was fair and honestly determined. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for the dealership. But I must single out Julie and Rob for their exceptional professionalism and personal care. Too bad buying a car doesn't happen more often or I would be back right away. Though we live on the coast I intend to return to Raleigh for my next vehicle purchase. More
Visited CrossRoads Infinit in Raleigh and met James Earp. He was factual, low pressure and friendly. I returned to Raleigh (from the Western part of the state) to buy a car from him. I originally stopped by for maintnance on my current infiniti car this week and ended up doing some browsing while I was there. A car caught my eye and 3 days later it's sitting in my garage! The process was simple and pressureless, which is ultimately why I bought. This is my third infiniti so I didn't really need much of a sales pitch which probably would have only lessened my likihood of buying a car. Julie answered the questions I had in a honest manner and if she didn't know the answer she wasn't afraid to say, "let me go check on that." This approach was refreshing to see. She wasn't pushy and didn't rush things. I'd recommend asking for her if you're a future customer. I'm sure this won't be my last infiniti and I will be heading back the next time I am on the hunt again. More
