All the people we met there at this dealer were very friendly and we will certainly recommend them to anyone interested in an Infiniti. Purchased the 2012 Infinite EX35. Chris Hawk was our sales consultant. He provided excellent service and was extremely helpful with our trade-in. Gary, Yuri and Chris was very professional and courteous. Absolutly the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Test drove a used car on their lot and had negotiated a deal. The manager, Kolter called the people on the test drive and made a deal with them while we were waiting in the showroom! I have never been to a more shady dealership in my life. I was warned by a colleague that crossroads Infiniti was sketchy and had poor customer service, wish I would have listened before I wasted my time! I will never buy a vehicle from this dealer. More

Make sure you read and reread everything and ask questions especially when dealing with Kolter Kesler one of the managers there. I am posting this review so that no one learns the same $15,000 lesson I had to learn not to mention that a week after I left this place I ended up with a $1500 bill because the tail gate stopped working on my truck and a piece they told me would cost $150 cost me near $600. STAY AWAY and buy your car from another dealership. More
I had an amazing experience at Crossroads Infiniti. The showroom is brand new and is immaculately maintained with large windows to provide natural lighting, and is complimented with recess lighting. There are also luxury amenities, including a lounge with wi-fi, apple computers, and gourmet coffee. All the staff are extraordinarily friendly, courteous, and attentive. I worked with Gary Feldman and Kolter Kesler. Gary expressed a true passion for his work and the Infiniti cars, and this showed in his extensive knowledge of the products and attention to detail. He was simply great to work with, and was fun, honest, and genuine. Kolter was remarkable as well. This was my first time arriving at the end of a lease and I was a bit apprehensive; however, he helped make the transition into a new lease a seamless, quick process! I came to Crossroads on the last day of 2011, and it was the best way to start the New Year. At the end of the day, after the purchase, I also met Paul Clemente, the general manager, who was just exceptionally polite and friendly. I would highly recommend Crossroads Infiniti. This dealership is exceptional, not only because of the great products, but the truly remarkable, sincere staff. More
