EXCELLENT... describes my entire experience at Crossroads Infiniti. Jermaine and Yuri were very helpful and not once did I feel pressured. Me and my husband had been to 2 other dealerships in the area. Both dealerships never asked for our names or phone numbers. In fact we had to go inside of one and ask for help in which it seemed as if we were disturbing them. People have to be careful not to judge a book by its cover because you never know what is on the inside. Jermaine was very responsive to my emails. What made this experience even better is that the General Manager, Paul Clements personally thanked us for our purchase, and I can tell he spoke with sincerity. As a manager myself, I big on customer service. There is never an excuse for poor customer service. Thank you Crossroads Infiniti for the EXCELLENT experience. More
We absolutely love Crossroads Infiniti! Can't recommend it enough. My husband had been a fan of the brand for years, and we leased a G37 sedan from them about a year and a half ago. Gary Feldman was our salesman, and I can honestly say he's one in a million. Charming, warm, knowledgable, and incredibly friendly... He never once gave us a hard sell, pressured us, or pushed us towards a different vehicle. He was respectful of our time, budget, and lifestyle. When it came time to run numbers, he brought in Kolter Kesler. Kolter was just as gracious and respectful. We went back and forth with quotes, and settled on a number that made everyone happy. Signing process was quick and easy-- and we appreciated so much that there were no hidden fees: the downpayment we made covered all tags, titles, and first month's payment, and the monthly payment was exactly what was promised, to the cent. The dealership itself is clean, spacious, and modern. They offer free drinks and food during service visits, and have left cookies and water for me in the car after oil changes. We loved the car and service so much, we went back a couple weeks ago and picked up an EX for me. Not only did Gary and Kolter remember us, they treated us with the same courtesy and affability as before. That first experience was great enough to bring us back, the second experience cemented us as loyal customers for life. More

I purchased my first new Infiniti in June 2008 (G35) from Chris Hawk and have visited this dealership numerous times during those 4 years for service to my car and absolutely have been treated the very best Chris Hawk and have visited this dealership numerous times during those 4 years for service to my car and absolutely have been treated the very best since day one. Recently I had an accident and my car unfortunately was totaled from another drivers negligence, needless to say I was very unhappy about the situation, however, I contacted Crossroads Infiniti once my car was declared a total loss and Chris immediately went to work again..since I live in Fayetteville, NC and was injured in the accident, I spoke with him several times on the phone prior to coming to the dealership. Over the phone, I told him what I was interested in (another G of course) and he gave me a good idea prior to arriving of which cars we would be looking at after he was able to narrow down my choices with color, packages etc . Once arriving a few days later, the process went just as smoothly as the first time...within a few hours I had purchased my second Infiniti and was on my way. Chris Hawk is an excellent salesman and knows Infiniti cars well..I couldnt have asked for a better salesman...for the first time in weeks, he actually put a smile on my face again since the wreck. I would definitely recommend this dealership along with Chris as the salesman of course to anyone interested in purchasing an Infiniti. Not once, during either sale did I feel pressured. The entire experience was great! Also, I'd like to close by saying that Infinitis are truly safe cars...although totaled, my car held up remarkably well during the crash. More
I worked with Julie and Kolter as I leased a new G37 last month. They were very helpful and patient as the whole family went along for the ride. I purchased my M35 in May of this year. I initially reviewed the car online and submitted a request to Julie for a "drive off the lot" price, fully thinking I would never be able to afford it. Julie promptly responded and the quote was acceptable; I was ECSTATIC!!! All I had to do was go to the dealership, inspect and test drive the car and we had a deal. Julie was fantastic; she fully explained the operations of the vehicle and displayed a very professional yet warm attitude throughout the sale. Additionally her follow-up has been exceptional. Without a doubt, in the future when I am ready to trade I will return to Crossroads and seek out Julie for my next deal! More

I had indicated an interest in purchasing or leasing a new Infiniti and she continued to correspond with me, making me aware of upcoming specials and availability of the particular model in which I was interested. Ultimately I ended up purchasing a used Infiniti but I couldn't be any happier if I had purchased a new one. I am very satisfied with the car, the warranty, its' performance, etc. I was especially delighted about the price. I definitely would recommend this dealership and Julie Doering is the best!! More

Gary helped get me into a car I saw online and was afraid I could not afford, so I asked him to run the numbers and see what he could do before I even saw the car. When he said I could get the car he was as excited as I was! The thing to point out is this man took the time to help me out before he ever even met me. I loved the car, it is the greatest car, Gary and the finance team had it all worked out and I am still glowing from my purchase. :)) Everyone I met was so nice and I just bought a used car, but they did not treat me any different than someone who was buying the Mac Daddy Infiniti and that was really cool. I live in Charleston SC and made the trip all the way up to Crossroads Infiniti for the used M35 I had been looking months for. I used Dealerrater.com to find the best reviewed salesman at the dealership and hands down that person is Gary Feldman. From the first phone call I made to Gary, I was impressed by his professionalism, expertise, and no-pressure courtesy. Evaluating a potential purchase that's a 5 hour drive away is no easy task, but Gary made it easy with his keen attention to detail and honesty about every possible question I could fathom. I felt I could trust him before I ever met him. When I made the drive up to Raleigh, the car was in exactly the condition Gary had described and there were no surprises in the buying process. This made for a very pleasant experience. Gary really gave us exceptional service from the beginning and after making the purchase gave us a thorough pre-departure tour of the car. Finally he followed up with a phone call and email thanking us for the purchase and offering to answer any further questions we had. It really gave us a feeling of genuine, above and beyond customer service...the epitome of what I've received from several previous car buying experiences. We also worked with Kolter Kesler the sales manager during our purchase. Overall he did a great job and treated us well. If there was one area of criticism I had for him, it was his slightly unprofessional demeanor towards Gary Feldman. We felt there were a few uncomfortable moments due to an atmosphere created by Kolter when we were at the dealership signing paperwork. In one instance Kolter reprimanded Gary in front of my wife and I for not having a cap on his water bottle near his computer. Additionally, while Gary was away, I told Kolter how impressed we were with Gary's customer service leading up to the purchase, he replied with a comment about how Gary wasn't his best or most professional salesman but he does a good job. Although this was absolutely false, I was surprised at the lack of leadership showed by Kelter, Gary's manager, for making this comment to a customer. In no way did this reflect poorly upon Gary and if anything reflected a lack in basic leadership principles in the management at Crossroads. It also didn't detract from the buying experience but was noteworthy in evaluation of this review. Overall, 5/5 experience at Crossroads and 5+/5 for Mr. Gary Feldman. As a Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force, Gary is exactly the kind of dedicated professional I would hand pick for my team! Crossroads is lucky to have him, and when buying our new car, so were we. Thanks Gary! More
