The dealership was professional and structured a deal without the hassle. I was able to find the exact car I wanted online and reached out with the chatbot. About 20 minutes later, Nate reached out and we discussed numbers. After he briefed the GM, Nate called back less than 5 minutes later and called me back to let me know that we had a deal. By the time I arrived at the dealership, Nate had the car pulled around in the garage and detailed and fueled up. We did a pre-inspection together and looked over the vehicle and then took care of financing. Although it was late in the day, Nate took the time to walk me through the functionality of the vehicle and even assisted in the setup of the Toyota application. I never felt rushed and Nate was willing to address any questions and concerns I had. Can’t speak highly enough about this dealership and the way they handled my transaction. I sincerely value the way this dealership handled the entire deal and the way they respected my choices for options. Most dealerships try to ram lots of extra packages into the deal and while they did give offer these too me, there was not the typical focus on trying to push all of this into the deal like dealers typically do. They respected my choices and moved on without trying to push or force me to accept packages, which I appreciate. I have never purchased at this dealership before, but I have from Toyota or Plano before that became the Toyota headquarters. The difference is night and day between these two. When I need another Toyota, I will be coming back and I only hope Nate is still around. Huge thanks to Nate and the rest of the team for the honesty and transparency. More
We initially went to the dealership looking for a Highlander. However, they told us there were none available, even though we later found out there were actually two. Right from the start, I felt that the trade-in value they offered for my car was way too low, and I also felt pressured into making the purchase. The whole process was frustrating. The wait to meet with the finance department was ridiculously long. At one point, I asked if I could go grab something to eat and come back later, but they told me no. Then, after waiting for two hours, they suddenly changed their minds and said I could go eat while they held my spot. When I got back, I still had to wait another hour before signing the paperwork. When they finally handed over the vehicle, we noticed it had several scratches—completely unacceptable for a brand-new car. They took it back to buff out the scratches and install the plates, which meant another 40-minute wait. When we were finally ready to leave, they informed us that we’d have to come back another day to replace some scratched parts. Then, once we got to our destination, we realized they never installed the plates. We had to coordinate with the salesperson to pick them up from his house, which was risky since driving without plates could have gotten us pulled over and fined. To make matters worse, we were charged $199 for door edge guards, but the car didn’t even have them. In the end, we originally went in to buy a Highlander, but due to all the pressure, we ended up purchasing a different vehicle. More
