Corwin took care of my car’s issue quickly and efficiently without any hassles. Keenan Nelson in the service department was great! I have purchased 5 new cars in my lifetime from different dealerships and this experience has been the worst. Our salesman, Gamma, was a nice guy but he didn’t know anything about the car he sold us and the dealerships and this experience has been the worst. Our salesman, Gamma, was a nice guy but he didn’t know anything about the car he sold us and the worst thing is I don’t think he cared or even tried. As soon as we drove out of the dealership he seemed to be done with us. I reached back a few times because our car was missing a few things and we didn’t get a walk around and his response was very delayed to the point that I ended up driving to the dealership and getting my answers from others. Justin was good to work with that is why I rated him higher. Currently I need to bring the car back in because the extra 3 lights when I press the brake do not work, even though we paid for it. We were never told about it until it was on our finance papers. I love the car, but the sales process was painful. I get that he was new but he sold cars at another dealership so you would think he knew more about the process and the car he was selling. Alend was great and helped answer some of our questions that weren’t even his area. More
On Tuesday, November 26,I brought my Honda Ridgeline to To Corwin Honda in Fargo. I had made an appointment with Justin for the replacement of the electrical harness for the rear backing camera. The vehicle had not been put into the repair shop yet. I had another appointment at 10:15 so I left frustrated. On Wednesday, November 27, I had arranged with Keenan Nelson to bring my vehicle in to have four new tires put on balanced and aligned. I left the vehicle at 11 AM as agreed-upon and told her to take a couple hours to complete. After a courtesy ride, I return 130 and the vehicle is not ready. It took until 430 for me to finally have Mr. Nelson prepare the paperwork and we pay for the new tires balancing and alignment. I looked out the window and the vehicle was just being put onto the alignment rack so I waited another 25 minutes Before it was complete. The price was fair. The time it took was excessive five total hours from the time I delivered the vehicle until I left. Needless to say, I have a high level of frustration and will be looking for another dealership in the future. More
