I've now owned the vehicle for about 7 months. Ever since owning it, I've been discovering a cascade of mechanical issues that I absolutely should NOT be finding for a vehicle of this age and mil Ever since owning it, I've been discovering a cascade of mechanical issues that I absolutely should NOT be finding for a vehicle of this age and mileage. I have absolutely ZERO (no stars!!... but I was forced to give it one) regard for Corwin Honda selling a vehicle without addressing these issues. The issues were clearly present when the vehicle was sold. I am exploring ND's consumer protection laws to find out what my options are. At the time of purchase, I did have a "nagging" question about why this vehicle was not supplied with a "Pre-Certified" rating (which provides extra protection to a buyer). Unfortunately, I didn't let that stop me from making the purchase... but now I'm pretty sure I know why that was the case. Needless to say, I have absolutely nothing good to say about Corwin Honda!! I have a better regard for George Shipley (the salesman)... he was very pleasant to deal with, and I assume that -- as a sales guy -- he was not privy to the mechanical condition of the vehicle. So he gets a 3-star rating. More

Was looking for a new vehicle and wasn't sure what to expect. Start to finish everyone was incredibly friendly and made it a smooth and stress free experience. It was quick too. Was expecting to be stuck there for a while, but test drive to drive home clocked in at just about an hour. Our salesman was George Shipley. Super chill dude. He walked us through our options and made the process as transparent and painless as possible. This being my first experience with a dealership, and dealing with the stress of needing to replace my vehicle that day, he was amazing to work with. He's earned the dealership our returned business and recommendations. Greatly enjoyed our time with Rob from the financing department as well. Walked us through some options to see what was best for our lease and was overall very pleasant to chat with. More
