Disorganized management, zero communication, and total disregard for customer agreements. I negotiated terms on a new 2026 Honda CR-V directly with New Car Sales Manager via email and received an offic disregard for customer agreements. I negotiated terms on a new 2026 Honda CR-V directly with New Car Sales Manager via email and received an official written Vehicle Purchase Contract dated September 7, 2026. The new car sales manager explicitly agreed in writing that I did not need to place a deposit prior to an in-person visit and confirmed my appointment for Saturday at 10:00 AM to finalize the purchase with a $10,000 payment and HFS financing. All of our communications were conducted strictly through email. Just as I began preparing my financing application on the Honda portal, I checked Corwin’s website and discovered they had sold the exact vehicle. Neither the manager nor his team ever sent an email to update me or cancel the scheduled appointment. Had I not independently checked their website, I would have processed a hard credit pull and brought $10,000 to an empty showroom. When I confronted the new car sales manager via email about failing to notify me or cancel our confirmed appointment after the vehicle was sold, he made excuses, blamed a lack of deposit (which he had explicitly waived in writing), and deflected responsibility rather than owning up to an operational failure. Extremely unprofessional dealership practices. Get everything in writing and exercise extreme caution before giving Corwin Honda your business or allowing them near your credit report. More
