Mario states that we declined and we did not purchased but Wife and I clearly remember adding on to our final price, we even remember which service was, the price and what was included, why? beacause we accepted it and were eger to pay for it! Concerning!! now Mario states that they did not even have that service at the time! this sounds for me like NOT CLEAR falling in to misrepresentation. Sounds for me that as a customer trust is pretty poor from now on with Mario Martinez and Freedom Honda/ Groove Honda. More

Working with Groove Honda has been an awesome and smooth experience, they brought a GMC from Denver for me to purchase coming from Pueblo. Angelo took great care of me along with Mario in the back. I bought the car and had to take it back almost immediately because the window tint on a brand new 22 civic was bubbling and peeling. Got the car back and it had a small cut in the leather by the window as well as the weather stripping on the window being messed up to be told I did the damage and if they repaired it there's no guarantee it will look nicer that what it is. Took the car back for them to look at the weather stripping, an oil change, tire rotation and to fill up windshield wiper fluid, all normal services, I had an appointment at 8:30am to not be able to pick the car up until almost 4pm and the weather stripping was not fixed and no windshield wiper fluid was put in. I would recommend taking your Honda or trade in to any other Honda dealership in Colorado Springs. More
Beware! My husband bought me a used car here. Unfortunately, within 4 weeks my car was over heating, broke down and in the service department. Luckily for us My husband bought me a used car here. Unfortunately, within 4 weeks my car was over heating, broke down and in the service department. Luckily for us we thought because we also bought their $4000 “Warranty Solution” five star bumper to bumper warranty. Wrong, after the warranty company paid out over $4000 in repairs they then declined an additional $2000 in repairs because of verbiage. This vehicle needed a new oil pan, thermostat, temp sensor, A/C condenser and radiator. Without a radiator, you do not have a drivable car. The dealership Groove Honda took some responsibility. After weeks of my headache and trying to get in touch with someone at the dealership who would listen. They did pay for the 2K in repairs that warranty would not. However, 8 weeks later my car is still in the service department and we are still without a car. The dealership management Bret and Jeremy are now ghosting us. It is obvious by the amount of repairs that my car needed that they do not inspect their trade ins, only detail them. I gave them $28,000 and all I got was a broke down car. Horrible customer relations. More

Angelo was the best car salesman we have ever worked with. He was very attentive but never pushy.
