I was not told before signing paperwork for my Honda Prologue that chargers were currently unavailable and on back order. It was not until I was leaving the parking lot that I was told to come back the Prologue that chargers were currently unavailable and on back order. When I called for my charger the following week, I was given the run around multiple times just to be told that the “real” charger would not be in until a month later but they ordered chargers from a different manufacturer.
