I was very disappointed with my service this visit. I had a 7:30 appointment and did not have any info back until the next day. After that it took 4 more days to get my truck back. This was also for brake service on a wheel that had just been serviced 4.5 months prior. I was charged again for pads and rotor. I had to call for updates and quite often my calls would not be returned. I also left a message for the service manager about not getting updates or my calls returned and never heard back from him either. I understand being busy but it doesn't take that long for a quick update call. More

Well since I purchased the car. I have been back there 2 times and uh, I had in my cartoe there on saturdand I'm not too happy about it and when I go there having extended warranty.
