When I asked for the specific part by name, this guy gave me a look like I was an idiot. Then asked if it was something different. I told him no, then gave an explanation as to where the part is located. Again, looked at me like I had no idea what I was talking about. He then casually said "Yeah, I'll let them know" with a tone that was obvious he could care less, which was spot on as I never got the quote.
