I found that my truck was leaking oil from somewhere. I immediately called Cortese and they had me bring the Truck in right away without an appointment. Because it was leaking oil they decided to pin point the leak and fix it right away. That’s what I call excellent service. Kudos to Zach, Scott and the mechanic that worked on it. More

I came to have 2 separate problems to be repaired, when my vehicle was ready to be picked up only one mechanisms was fixed.I had written was was needed to repaired. I strongly recommend you NEVER get work done at Cortese Ford. They had my vehicle for 117 days and failed to fix a simple problem. I would ask Darren Van Orden for updates and sometimes not hear back fo Ford. They had my vehicle for 117 days and failed to fix a simple problem. I would ask Darren Van Orden for updates and sometimes not hear back for 5-8 business days. He ghosted me, likely because no work was being done. I found them to be unprofessional and incompetent. I suspect their problem is a combination of unqualified staff and being understaffed. More
