No pressure, no gimmicks, no frustration!! Purchasing my Accord from Conicelli was actually a rather pleasant experience. After a very frustrating visit to a different Honda dealer I was left annoyed and not looking forward to more frustrations with another dealer. Zach was more than easy to work work,no pressure, no gimmicks. He gave me straight facts and numbers and even showed me other vehicle makes and offered logic in my vehicle choice. He never steered me towards a vehicle I didn't want and never made me feel pressured into anything or any vehicle. Once I narrowed down which vehicle I wanted (which was the one I initially went in to purchase) Zach went right to work getting my trade in appraised and explaining in detail how they came to that offer. He then stepped away to "work the numbers". I expected him to return with a sheet of paper with numbers scribbled everywhere and a payment that was outrageous (as every single salesman does). I also expected to have to haggle and talk to managers and such. Not the case at all with Conicelli. The numbers came to me clearly PRINTED out in basic layman terms with a simple breakdown. The payment was within the range I had calculated at home. We agreed to the numbers, the car was taken to be detailed and Zach returned a brief while later with all the papers for me to sign. Much smoother than having to talk to a salesman, a manager, a finance guy, a paperwork person, etc. effortless when dealing with one person start to finish. Kudos to Conicelli for working that way. In the end I drove out with the new Accord for slightly cheaper than I expected and with an excellent interest rate. Thank you, Zach for making it so easy to do business with you. They say word of mouth it the best form of advertisement, believe me I have been advertising for Zach and Conicelli! Even though it is an hour drive from my home and there are many, many, many dealers much closer, I will indeed be returning to Conicelli for future purchases! On a lighter, more humorous note I would also like to thank Zach for being able to drive a manual transmission. I had been to a different dealer while shopping and had to walk out on the lot to get the car myself for a test drive since they couldn't drive stick. Sometimes the little things can help make or break your impression of a dealership and sales staff! More

I was greeted by my Sales rep Steve Kauffman, who made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in. He got the car I was looking for - explained the features etc. then we talked pricing and he brought in his GM - TJ Smith. TJ was very professional as well and they worked with us to ensure we got a great price with a great experience. Everyone at Conicelli was very courteous - Thanks for Steve K, Steve O and TJ Smith. The entire process worked out very well and the day I spent at Conicelli was well worth it as I was able to trade in my car and drive off with a gorgeous urban sunset Sonata or a beautiful Saturday. At the end, it put a smile on our face and that means a lot. I have no doubt I will be going back to Conicelli when we add the next Hyundai to our family (or another car). More

2012 Honda Pilot I would definetely buy another car from Ron. He was freindly and knowledgeable. He was able to work with me to take the car for a few hours to show I would definetely buy another car from Ron. He was freindly and knowledgeable. They are quite busy during peak hours and Ron was able to juggle everything that was going on without issue. I really thought I got a great deal on this car. No other dealership could touch the price. To get my complete 5 star rating, the finance department was backed up so I did have to wait a bit, but I put my patient hat on and it was worth it. Love the car as well! More
