Phenomenal Service!!! My friend referred me to Conicelli last week. She raved how great the customer service was. She was right! So I called the number from the Internet and the lady from the Internet department scheduled my appointment. Normally I would not have went through with scheduling an appointment but she made me feel welcomed over the phone so I decided to go in. Immediately when I walked through the doors I was greeted by a friendly lady who asked me who I was there for. I couldn't remember so I gave her my phone number and there I was! She paged the sales rep Tone Hicks. Right after that he came and welcomed my son and I to Conicelli and got straight to business! I advised him I had to be at work so I didn't have much time. He took me out for a test drive and had me in and out. I appreciated he remembered I had to be at work and was professional, knowledgable and efficient. Due to my work schedule i wasn't able to make it back to the dealership til yesterday. I didn't expect them to be able to help me because my situation was CRAZY & complicated lol! Tone literally has the patience of Job!!! It took me an hour to decide on a color! Anyway I drove off in my brand new 2016 Hyundai Elantra! Also the special finance manager Nate Simon was awesome too! These men are the ultimate definition of what customer service is!!!!
