The shuttle service was good. The only problem that we had was when we first walked in, it took 5 min before anyone (and each station had a service man without a customer) would look at us. No one bothered to say "we'll be with you in a moment" or "someone will help you shortly." The dealership service area is a veritable obstical course. I am glad that I don't mind tight spaces. I hope that I don't change my mind about this dealership. It's very close to my home. More

Our sales person was Mike Mastrangelo. Mike is a very nice guy to work with. He is very knowledgeable, very professional. Before I went to their dealer to talk to him, I requested price quotes on Internet from several different dealers in Philly area. The price (2005 Honda Pilot EX-L) that I got from him was the lowest one that I could get in this area. If you are in Philly area and want to buy a Honda, talk to him. More
