I can’t say enough good things about Dan Benato at Conicelli Honda. I brought my new honda CRV in for an incredibly annoying whistling sound that it was making when I drove the car. I had no idea what Conicelli Honda. I brought my new honda CRV in for an incredibly annoying whistling sound that it was making when I drove the car. I had no idea what it was or where it was coming from. Dan kept me updated every step of the way and he took the time to get it diagnosed correctly. The sound was happening all the time when I drove it, but only intermittently when Dan and the techs drove it (of course!) so it was going to be difficult to diagnose, but Dan didn’t shy away from that. He took the time to take the car on multiple test drives with the techs so they could hear the noise and see what it was. They ended up being able to diagnose and fix it - ended up being something faulty with the original construction of the car. Dan just went above and beyond for me; he was empathetic, he advocated for me and he just made my experience great. The level of customer service Dan provided is why i keep coming back to Conicelli Honda; I’m confident that I’m leaving the car in capable hands.
