not a NICE place to shop Will never buy from again.. I recently purchased a used vehicle from their honda used lot, after driving the vehicle for 3 days check engine light cam Will never buy from again.. I recently purchased a used vehicle from their honda used lot, after driving the vehicle for 3 days check engine light came on for a bad catalytic converter. I spoke to the sales manager Rich Greco Which was not helpful,, said the car was fine when he sold it. Took the car got it fixed ( at my expense) Then the clutch started to grind ,, I called Rich Greco ( who looks and talks like a shady sales manger) he told me i was racing and speeding with the car. I am 32 years old , I was not doing any of that, I have owned about 7 manual vehicles. So there you go I have had my car for 2 months with a bad catalytic converter, a bad clutch and several issues,, in which the dealership is absolutely no help They say conicelli honda is a "nice" place to do business... I THINK NOT More

Worst Experience of my life The vehicle was supposed to be an anniversary gift for my wife. We spent over five hours and deal fell apart upon taking ownership, due to miscommunic The vehicle was supposed to be an anniversary gift for my wife. We spent over five hours and deal fell apart upon taking ownership, due to miscommunication between the sales rep,Nick, and Sales Manager, Andrew. We had agreed on a price with our sales rep, Nick, which included all fees and taxes. It took them over three hours to locate the vehicle. Then we had to wait to walk in to the finance office. Upon going through the paperwork we realized that the price was different from what was quoted, the finance guy said that taxes and fees are extra. We told him that the price we had agreed upon included taxes and fees and asked him to call the sales rep to confirm. Both the sales rep and managers were brought in, the sales rep agreed that the price we had agreed upon was inclusive of all taxes and fees, while the manager said that was not true. Hence we ended up leaving due to miscommunication between the manager and sales rep. Not only was the anniversary gift plans ruined did, our credit scores get affected but we wasted over five hours. We have lost complete faith and confidence in Concielle and Honda. More

I moved away over a year ago and still take the time to bring my car back to Conicelli because of their thoroughness, their outstanding service, their honesty and their integrity. Anthony was my service rep this time, and Russ took the appointment. Both were wonderful to deal with, as usual. My car was in and out, and everything that was needed to be serviced was explained to me before I approved the service. They even gave me tips to help out small things going forward. I love these guys at Conicelli Honda! More

Ron was helpful, kind, patient, not at all pushy and was nice enough to explain to me any and every detail of the warranties, and various paperwork and answered each and every question I had. And there were many. Ron stuck with me through my finance difficulties, and even when it didn't seem that I was going to be able to drive away, Ron (and the rest of the Conicelli team) made it happen for me and I ended up with a fabulous car! I would highly recommend working with Ron, and I would most definitely recommend purchasing with Conicelli. They truly lived up to their reputation as the no. 1 dealership. More
