Called on Wed. that oil light went on for an oil change. Pamela (who listened and said no worries you'll be out in less than an hour) scheduled an appt. for Friday, that oil light went on for an oil change. Broke down on my way to work. Called Colonial West and Pam was pleasant directing me to Jackie who towed my car. They replaced my battery and had me on the road in under an hour. I called in super distraught and i spoke to Pamela and i realized i called the wrong dealership cause im from from another state and she joked with me and said we could still come in and i said i would love realized i called the wrong dealership cause im from from another state and she joked with me and said we could still come in and i said i would love to visit her when im in the area.
