Id like to inform you and your manager team about my experience with your dealership. To recap, I was told that the car came with a remote start, which it did not. You offered to install one at no cost experience with your dealership. To recap, I was told that the car came with a remote start, which it did not. You offered to install one at no cost. I had an appointment last Thursday and dropped it off at 8:30am. Was told it should take 3-4hrs. Hasn’t heard anything my 3pm so I called to check in. I was told they are “finishing up” and it should be ready within the next hour or two. I called back at 4:55 knowing they close at 5. Spoke to a different guy who said they couldn’t install it. The 2023 remote starter was not compatible with the 2024 model. They didn’t know when they’d be able to install one, could be one month, could be three. Great. I continue on driving it and they will call whenever one becomes available. Then I realize that the ACC feature when I stop the car has been deactivated after they worked on it. I call, it says it must be “activated on the main switch” which I cannot do from the dash. I make an appointment to return to fix a problem that the service team created. I go there today, waited for 90 minutes, they tell me they “left something unplugged” and they plugged it back in and should be “all set”. (meanwhile I’m wondering what was left unplugged that I’ve been driving with for the week). I leave only to realize that nothing has changed and the feature is still deactivated. I call back again, unsure why nobody would test it before calling me to pick it up in the first place. He asks if I can come back…NO! This is absolutely ridiculous. Never have I ever felt less confident with a dealership and service department. Does anybody in this company have ANY experience at all?? I’m extremely frustrated and don’t even want this car anymore! I don’t know where to go from here…or who I should talk to who can try to rectify this situation. If you could please direct me to a manager that would be wonderful. I’m ready to return the car. More
