Best communication experience I've ever had when working with a service center/mechanic. I appreciated being able to easily get in touch with the service department every time I had a question (via phone ca with a service center/mechanic. I appreciated being able to easily get in touch with the service department every time I had a question (via phone call or text) and all the updates I received while waiting for a repair part to arrive and then once the work was completed. Huge help to a stressful situation dealing with car repairs while 300 miles from home! More

Colonial was able to fix a major issue that another dealer was unable to.
