Great prices and our sales person Aamir has gone out of his way to accommodate. However, the delivery of the vehicle was troublesome - first, the brand new car was delivered with scratches, which were not his way to accommodate. However, the delivery of the vehicle was troublesome - first, the brand new car was delivered with scratches, which were not brought to our attention, so when we noticed (right there and then), more wait time ensued, Between the delivery of the car and the title, it has taken several weeks before I could pick up the vehicle. I had to call and ask because I was not notified with the car arrived. A day after picking up the second car, I noticed a crack on the tail lite, which resulted in another two weeks of emails and texts to arrange for a replacement. While every one was very nice and, once reached, appeared very accommodating, I was constantly pushing the process and feel that it the car pick up and tail light replacement took far longer than it should have. Finally, it has now been a month and a half and I still had not received a statement and the financial application got delayed. More
