Marc was fantastic - and a big part of why we bought our lovely new Tiguan from Colonial VW in Westborough. He was totally patient with us, and took a sincere interest in our needs and preferences, includin lovely new Tiguan from Colonial VW in Westborough. This was important, as we never expected to be in the market for a new car (we hit a deer two weeks ago that totaled our Porsche). Marc kept in touch wtih us and promptly followed up as needed- but never aggressively or too frequently. We feel lucky to have drawn his card from the deck! More
