As usual, Colonial Chevrolet was exceptional with its service. I had my truck repaired due to an accident, then they took it in the shop and I had the brakes done and new tires. Two services in a row poor experience. 1) I was told the service would take 3 hours but left the truck for the day anyway so they would have plenty of time. no notice of this until I cal 1) I was told the service would take 3 hours but left the truck for the day anyway so they would have plenty of time. no notice of this until I called to ask. Truck was not done until the following day. 2) I dropped the truck off to have the tires inversed, they decided I did not need that done and only rotated them. I had to have it done elsewhere....lost the use of the truck for another day to accomplish this. More
