Two services in a row poor experience. 1) I was told the service would take 3 hours but left the truck for the day anyway so they would have plenty of time. no notice of this until I cal 1) I was told the service would take 3 hours but left the truck for the day anyway so they would have plenty of time. no notice of this until I called to ask. Truck was not done until the following day. 2) I dropped the truck off to have the tires inversed, they decided I did not need that done and only rotated them. I had to have it done elsewhere....lost the use of the truck for another day to accomplish this. More

To be truthful my family has been buying Chevrolets for years for both business and pleasure. You couldn't ask for a better employee. I can say this sitting waiting there's no corporate attitude in your establishment you should be proud of that you get treated like family. I will end with this and it may not be important to you but I'm absolutely not easy to get along with or please but I am impressed with your dealership and Glad you hide a service manager that listens to people's problems.
