The diagnosis of the engine code was performed quickly. After authorizing repairs I didn't hear any status on the repair. After 5 days I called and found out that the parts needed to be ordered and would t After authorizing repairs I didn't hear any status on the repair. After 5 days I called and found out that the parts needed to be ordered and would take a total of 4-5 days to arrive. After the parts arrived I was informed that the required gaskets weren't ordered and that would take an additional a day or 2. I should have been kept appraised of the status and not have to call.
