Scratched the crap out of my wheels with the impact gun and as I am leaving the tech comes out and needs my keys to "check something". Needless to say I went home and checked everything, thankfully everything was tight but they didn't bother to wipe the excess oil off near the filter and drain so it's all over the motor. I figured it was just a bad experience and went back for the next one. Long wait times (with appointment for an oil change, didn't let them touch the wheels anymore) and dirty clean up again. The last straw was when my wife brought her car in for a 1st service and someone spilled food and drink in the passenger seat and then the service manager (Todd) and the service writer (Sean) tried to say it's impossible for that to happen and tried to make it out that my wife was lying. WE DONT EVEN EAT IN THE CAR! Because it's new and we paid a lot of money for it. We sometimes drink water and that's it! Why would she lie about that?!? The only reason they get 2 stars is because the sales experience for both my truck and the wife's car was outstanding. Beware of the service department and do yourself a favor and go to a different dealer for your service needs. More

She was absolutely amazing when it came to getting my car fixed and was extremely friendly and went above and beyond by even getting me a rental car so i didn't have to wait a few hours with my kids. I have been going there for years and she was by far the most friendly and approachable person I have came into contact with. More
The service department is starting to give me a bad feeling I took my 2014 Scion for it's 3rd 5,000 mi. service. They used to do a good job with my service visits and I felt pretty good about turning my car over to them. Now the service reps are rude, the parts guy is rude and I had second thoughts after turning over the keys this time. My car has drum brakes on the rear. They start rusting and looking bad after a few years and with allowy wheels, it starts looking pretty bad. What I've done in the past is to spray a light coat of black paint on the drums at each tire rotation. I asked the service rep if he would please have the service tech do this while the wheels are off. You would have thought I asked him to rebuild the transmission. "No, no... we don't do that..." He didn't even really take the time to listen to what I was saying as he was in such a hurry to rush me through the process. So much for personal service. NTB and Kauffman both have done this for me or allowed me to go back and do it myself. CC Toyota has done a really good job over the past ten years of dispelling the perception that dealerships (stealerships) are rip offs. I've even told people that they are now competitive in price and rival their after market competitors in customer service. Now it seems like the trend is reversing and they are going back in the toilet. A year ago I would have given them five stars. Now its two. I won't be around to give them one star the next time. I have one more routine service left and I'll be doing it myself or going to an independent shop. More
Appalling treatment, endless lies and obfuscation Body Shop Review The worst experience EVER. The Body Shop Manager Marty Lee lied to us, repeatedly refused to call us back for hours. After I compl Body Shop Review The worst experience EVER. The Body Shop Manager Marty Lee lied to us, repeatedly refused to call us back for hours. After I complained about the Body Shop employee Fred who was constantly aggressive and rude to my wife and I. Fred refused to do his job properly, he flat out lied to us. Fred barely spoke to my wife on Monday pm for the initial inspection. She told him what happened - it was a hit and run - he completely ignored her. She said you'll be dealing with my husband, in his trademark surly aggressive tone he said "good", and then told her she "could now go", like a child being dismissed. My wife felt like she was back at Home Depot. :( When we dropped the car off for the repair Friday morning Fred told us we had "already wasted two days of our car rental over the weekend". No joke. Worst thing they did was to STOP working on the car for at least TWO -THREE days, from Tuesday to Thursday, purely out of spite and then flat out lied about why they did this. Saying insurance co had NOT authorised the extra damage repair when they had by time stamped email and on a 'recorded phone line' with Lee the manager. They sent the supplemental cheque on Tuesday too. If I hadn't called Thursday, just how much longer would they have left our car waiting to be repaired? Lee glibly told me different dates/times about their sending in the supplemental, he couldn't even get that story straight. . Fred told me it would be 6 more days, Wednesday of next week to get car - presumably to further anger me. He had NO answer about why they hadn't called the insurance company for over two days to query the supposed lack of authorisation. He yelled at me he was doing his job - like xxxx you are I retorted. He then instantly hung up on me, and refused to ever call/speak to me again. So I called the the manager Lee and he lied to me yet again. Said he would call insurance co rep and call be back in an hour or so. Our car rental extension was now expired.. Well over 3 hours later no call from Lee, I left messages. I then called Jim Pyron, General Manager of Cobb County to complain, he could care less, had a why are you bothering me with this attitude. Lee finally called me back, at Pyron's behest, no apology, pretty surly as usual, he had done nothing at all, gave me more lies. I had just just barely an hour or so left to get my rental renewed in another time zone. I called Friday to see if it was ready, told it might be,, Lee took nearly 4 hours to say car not ready. . Yet Fred told insurance co Friday am it wasn't. They did NOT even tell me that. Almost 4pm told car was ready. After being asked much earlier for much more notice as wife and I were in different places 35 miles apart. We got just 75 mins notice before they closed. No apology from anyone, Fred saw us as we came in and walked out of the room. Beyond despicable treatment for NO reason whatever. On Friday I wrote to the owner Mr Chuck Perrin at Cherokee County Toyota - it’s now Wednesday, as expected, heard nothing from him. Bought 3 new cars, had countless oil changes/service appts etc over 18 years from them with no issues or problems. Monday went out traded my old Tundra for a new Silverado truck. Never expected I'd be dealing with such despicable, aggressive liars at a major Toyota dealership. NEVER AGAIN EX-CUSTOMER FOR LIFE NOW. More
Horrible Service Department I have gone to have my 2014 Corolla serviced here since the purchase date in May of '14, while under " Toyota Care" warranty I loved the service I was I have gone to have my 2014 Corolla serviced here since the purchase date in May of '14, while under " Toyota Care" warranty I loved the service I was receiving. As soon as my 25000 was up suddenly everything was going wrong with my car. The first time I brought it in after warranty was up Richard told me I needed a brand new tire because there was a nail causing a leak in my tire, quoted me $172 for one tire. On.A.Corolla. I said hold on let me call someone else, because I am a woman and felt as thought I was getting ripped off. Found out the tire was only $102, and with installation, it would still come out cheaper than quoted. I told him I wouldn't have it done here and he told me I had to now because the tire was flat, and they pulled the nail out. I was upset but agreed, turns out there was never a nail in my tire he was lying the WHOLE time, needless to say I didn't pay for a new tire. Next service rolls around 30000 and same good ol xxxxxxx Richard quotes me $392 for an oil change and service really?? I said let me see what you are doing first, managed to get over $150 off price just from saying I don't need my air filter replaced or tires rotated. xxx More

Bad service writer Service writer was rude, hung up on me. Did not do his job. Went in for repair under warranty. Windshield wiper arm was stripped. Warranty claim w Service writer was rude, hung up on me. Did not do his job. Went in for repair under warranty. Windshield wiper arm was stripped. Warranty claim was denied. Service writer said that it was our fault that it stripped out because of force such as wiper hung on frost or something. Car stays in garage. Impossible for it to be frost. We have not touch the wiper. We brought it to another dealer and they took care of it no charge. More

Terribly rude and condescending service This review is specifically for the service received (or rather, not received) from the Service dept, specifically adviser Taylor Guzowski. Went in fo This review is specifically for the service received (or rather, not received) from the Service dept, specifically adviser Taylor Guzowski. Went in for a CEL that was throwing 3 codes, all interrelated, the main culprit which was an O2 sensor failure covered under warranty. Had the work done and paid to take care of one other related issue. At this point my wife who had taken it in had to be admitted to the hospital so I took over dealing with this once I got back into town from work, at which point we suddenly got news there was another $500+ worth of work. Turns out all were "recommended", 1 of which was almost entirely unnecessary which I immediately refused. For the other recommended replacement of a sensor, I tried to get information on the part and the costs, with which she immediately became defensive and downright condescending when I said I would buy the part myself and bring it in. But in all her infinite wisdom, decided to lecture me on how only Toyota parts are covered under warranty, using it as almost a veiled threat, while completely oblivious to the fact that the part I was buying is made by the OE manufacturer for Toyota, but she couldn't care less. Due to her unwillingness to confirm the part needed I ended up getting the wrong part, at which point I had had enough and said I would take the car as is. Overall, worse experience with a service adviser I can remember. You can bet I won't be going back there for a xxxx thing, which is a shame considering the friendly service I received at the cashier when checking out, one bad apple can ruin it for an entire establishment though. Oh and the kicker, now hearing a noise that wasn't there when we took it in, will be keeping an eye and ear on it. More

Suggested that they do some rechecking to make sure that all the parts were installed correctly and I got the run around. I was told by the service manager Dennis Zullo that I should get a second opinion to which I told him they should have done the work correctly to begin with. However he didn't like what I had to say so I was asked to leave, at which point I called the other dealership owned by the same person and got my second opinion from one of the advisors there. His opinion was that the brakes should have been disassembled and checked for faulty parts or improper install (finally someone gets it) problem is I was told not to come back. No problem. If your willing to send a customer away because you think your right and they are wrong you don't deserve my business. BEWARE!!! If they do it wrong it's your problem at this particular dealership.
