Got online to make an appointment. The next morning was available! Took it in and worked with Anthony Sullivan. The place was very busy. Anthony said my car would be ready in about an hour and he would text me when it was ready. I figured I was in for a long wait. But I got a text when I had been there about 50 minutes! The waiting room is set up with lots of TV's and seating. Restroom was very clean too. I love this dealership! More

Like any dealership you try to up sell. I would rather have someone tell me the truth straight out, than try to sell me a service that probably wont effect my car, as long as I own it. Once I had an appointment to install running boards on my new Tacoma, everything went great. My only issue was that I had some difficulty getting an appointment set up. Called once I received email that boar new Tacoma, everything went great. My only issue was that I had some difficulty getting an appointment set up. Called once I received email that boards were in and was told I would have to wait until the service rep called me. They then told me he was on vacation that week(I was calling on Monday). I happened to have ordered a bedstep through your parts folks and had received an email that those parts were in. I came in to pick up the bedstep and while leaving, happened to ask a service rep(Zach) if there was anything we could do to speed up the install of the running boards. He gave me an appointment for the next day. Experience with parts fellow and second rep was great but why couldn't 1st service rep I talked to on the phone have simply set up the appointment. More
