Three times I was told my vehicle was ready and to go to dealership and three times it was not ready. A second market trailer hitch was installed instead of the Toyota trailer hitch. Contract was signed on dealership and three times it was not ready. A second market trailer hitch was installed instead of the Toyota trailer hitch. Contract was signed on December 11 and did not get vehicle until December 30th. Ordered vehicle in the beginning of November. Felt like they were trying to get over on me because I was a woman and pressuring me to either cancel contract or signed the acceptance of the vehicle with no trailer hitch and or the wrong trailer hitch. More

Originally, I was told that it would take 3-4 hours to complete recall. We left the vehicle and I called after 5 hours and was informed that vehicle would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived, Jeff conf complete recall. We left the vehicle and I called after 5 hours and was informed that vehicle would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived, Jeff confronted me and instead of being polite, he rudely asked "who told you that?" and then rudely stated it would be another 45 minutes. Vehicle was finally ready after 6.5 hours and the dashboard has grease/black marks on it. Worst service ever from a Toyota dealer. More
