Service department needs to check and make sure they have the part in before they call me and tell me to come in to have it taken care of. I sit there almost 3 hours waiting for them to fix my car and then w the part in before they call me and tell me to come in to have it taken care of. Stood in the cold waiting for representative for 10 minutes. Was not told what service I was being told to sign for. Representative propped wet shoe on to driver side frame when checking for mileage.
