I Dont believe i perfect scores. But the Dealership as a whole did well. Sales Person Connor Boyd did well from intial internet contact to end. He was attentive and not pus But the Dealership as a whole did well. Sales Person Connor Boyd did well from intial internet contact to end. He was attentive and not pushy. He applied just the right amount of sales support without being overbearing. He went at my pace, yet encourage me in just the right way to make a decision I was comfortable with. Great Job. I'm usually on edge when talking to sales people, but he helped to place me at ease with his accomodating approach! Improvement Opportunity Add Customer waiting conveniences ( I.e. Coffee, snacks , food,etc.) . This is an inexpensive convenience, but would encourage me to stay at the dealership longer. My deal went pass dinner and I was about to leave to go eat. Snack would have allowed my to want to stay. Still Good Job More
