Service department needs to check and make sure they have the part in before they call me and tell me to come in to have it taken care of. I sit there almost 3 hours waiting for them to fix my car and then w the part in before they call me and tell me to come in to have it taken care of. They told me they didn’t have the part so they had to put everything back together and order the part! More

Stood in the cold waiting for representative for 10 minutes. Was not told what service I was being told to sign for. Representative propped wet shoe on to driver side frame when checking for mileage. Car window was left open in the cold and in the shop while being serviced. There was dirty hand prints on hood and bumpers when I was given my car back. Overall bad service. More
