The salesman was great. The initial experience of the dealership and the folks were great. This is the reason I am not providing a lesser rating. Was happy and have been up until my first 5000mi service and knowing I have a $40k dollar new truck that has squeaky brakes that the service folks took zero effort to deal with and zero communication or listening skills. I would not expect squeaky brakes on any new Toyota nor would I expect them to deal with it so poorly. More
