Simon let me down. He said he would move things along when I arrived at my appointment at 12:40. He assured me he would handle resetting the maintenance reminder himsel He said he would move things along when I arrived at my appointment at 12:40. He assured me he would handle resetting the maintenance reminder himself if iit wasn’t done by the tech. By a little after 3 pm I still hadn’t heard from him. I texted him to ask him about when my car might be ready and got no response. I walked over to.an intake lady she went to his desk for me as Simon wasn’t there. The keys and paperwork were sitting on his desk. She covered for him saying the car was just finished. I signed paperwork and headed ti my car. When I looked at the printout it showed 2:01 pm!!!! I wonder when he would have contacted me had I not gone out and asked about the car. I’ve been coming to this dealership for a long time and have never been treated this way. Pretty sad. I will come back for service but do y want him to be my service writer. More
