In a follow-up call, Cobb County Toyota has agreed to split the cost of an aftermarket XM radio with me. I am satisfied with their response. ----------------------------------------------------------- split the cost of an aftermarket XM radio with me. I took my brand new $35,000 dollar 4x4 Tacoma truck for its first oil change and when I picked it up, oil had been tracked into the truck. I took it back for the second oil change, to have the a/c fan moto its first oil change and when I picked it up, oil had been tracked into the truck. I took it back for the second oil change, to have the a/c fan motor replaced at 9,260 miles, and have my driver seat repaired that was wearing (area under my right leg which should not be wearing). The service manager (Dennis Zullo) said the seat "wearing" was due to someone harshly cleaning the seat. I have never had anything but water in the truck which I have never spilled. The seat started showing the fuzzy wearing after I had the first oil change at Cobb County Toyota. The service manager (Dennis Zullo) accusing me of harshly cleaning the seat is an absolute insult considering I told him honestly that I had not. I like my truck, but now despise Cobb County Toyota service department. Marietta Toyota is a longer drive for me, but hopefully at least their service department treats people with respect. More
For nearly a month I had been working with a salesman to purchase my 2012 Silver Metallic SE Camry. Color and option package were important to me. The first car the general sales manager,Rob Smith attempted purchase my 2012 Silver Metallic SE Camry. Color and option package were important to me. The first car the general sales manager,Rob Smith attempted to sell me was a used 2011 white XLE. The following day I received 6 phone calls in the span of 7 hours (while I was working) informing me that a silver, base model SE was being delivered "in a couple of days" and if I wanted an opportunity to purchase I would need to "sign papers so it would not be wholesaled out".Due to the high pressure tactics,I declined on this unseen vehicle opportunity. Four days later, my salesman sent a test message to inform me that a silver 2012 Camry with the option package I desired was on the lot was going to be available in the price range that I was comfortable with (as I already had my financing secured).I immediately contacted him and scheduled an appointment for the next day and contacted him 2 more times before arriving to the dealership. I was left waiting for 30 minutes only to be told by Rob Smith that "We sold that car last night." Disgusted at having my time wasted,I was also told that he was "trying to help me" and had another WHITE Camry brought to the showroom door. A printout was offered showing a silver Camry that was to be delivered in the upcoming week. Having had enough, I went to MARIETTA TOYOTA and within 72 hours brought my new silver, Camry SE with options home! I have a teenage daughter that will be driving soon and I can assured you that she will drive past Cobb County Toyota to MARIETTA Toyota to be treated with professionalism, respect and courtesy when she chooses her Toyota! Every time I take my car to this place they tell me something is "major" wrong with my car, for example this time I was quoted 991.91 + 712.67 (power steering leak and axle problem), in December I paid something is "major" wrong with my car, for example this time I was quoted 991.91 + 712.67 (power steering leak and axle problem), in December I paid near $1000 for "3 oil leaks", hmmm. WTH - My car is a 2007 Camry - I'm suspicious, and bottom lock, no one seems to care or be able to help me. Also, the 800 is no better. I am 100% certain that I will never buy a toyota again. I don't know much about cars but I know a 2007 Camry should not be having these expensive repairs. More

We bought our 6th vehicle from Cobb County Toyota 9 payments ago. We were promised a GPS/Navigation system exactly as would have came from the factory. My husband told the sales person (whom we bough payments ago. We were promised a GPS/Navigation system exactly as would have came from the factory. My husband told the sales person (whom we bought our last vehicle from)that we were in no hurry to buy and if it wasn't going to be the exact Nav system he would wait until they had a vehicle in stock with that same Nav system/Backup Camera. The system installed looked CHEAP to say the least, at times everything was reversed images in the camera that was mounted to the tag (not in the handle of the truck bed handle as promised). The bluetooth originally in the truck no longer worked, because the people who installed the cheap version of a GPS/Nav couldn't get it to work so they installed a mic glued to the windshield in the top left corner. This fell off within a day. Cobb County Toyota had us bring the truck back and have that system taken out shortly after installing it because they did not want to have to pay for that system and the invoice was due. This was at least 8 months ago. At this time we were told they would just order us a new truck with all the options we wanted from the factory (then the earthquake hit!). They have changed their tune on this story since then as well. We are being told now that the 2012 Tundras will have a system that will be available after the sell of a vehicle to be installed at dealerships (so they are waiting on these to come out!). Nobody in sales/general mgr ext ever even bothers to call us and give us an update. They wait for us to call them to get some sort of explanation...when we are way beyond mad at the poor communications! This will definitely be the LAST vehicle purchased at this facility! Hope this helps someone from making the same mistake...picking COBB COUNTY TOYOTA!!! More
The reason for such a high rating is because I was greeted by three very pleasant gentlemen. All three were very eager to please me and see that I received excellent service. All three oif them were v greeted by three very pleasant gentlemen. All three were very eager to please me and see that I received excellent service. All three oif them were very professional. They answered all my questions. The entire car buying process was very speedy and very comfortable! I am extremely pleased with my salesman. Jonah knew all about the 2012 Camry I bought. He also synced my cell phone with the car. Jonah went over all the controls & made sure I was comfortable using all of the controls and features. This was by far the best experience I have ever had out of buying 9 brand new cars! Thank you so much! I love the car!! More

Very good experience, Chris was great to work with. Everything was explained clearly to us so there was no surprises when we finally agreed on the car. Everything was explained clearly to us so there was no surprises when we finally agreed on the car. More
I had purchased a 2005 Highlander from Cobb County Toyota and always brought it there for service. I was always impressed with the people at the dealership and knew I'd buy my next car from them. I had looke and always brought it there for service. I was always impressed with the people at the dealership and knew I'd buy my next car from them. I had looked at the Prius a few times and did some research on the internet. The car sells itself. Kapelton did a great job explainig the car to me and did everything I asked on options. I hope he is there the next time I need to buy a car!!! The Prius is wonderful and I tell everyone I know how much I love it. More
