Nordeen took a great deal of time with my husband teaching him about the Tacoma and all the features the truck had. Needless to say the truck was a winner as well as Nordeen. Don’t care about you... only try to sale a car Long story short... cancelled an extended warranty. The dealership said they could only send the check to the bank which the car note had been closed( Long story short... cancelled an extended warranty. The dealership said they could only send the check to the bank which the car note had been closed(the dealership lied about waiting to process the loan because I wanted to talk to my credit union.) so the cancelled extended warranty check has been sitting at the Cobb county since May 29. No one called to tell me it was there. I only found out when I followed up with Bank of America. When I called on Friday to ask about the check at Cobb county Toyota.... left a message and said to return my call by cob..... no return call. Called again the next day and talked to a xxxxx who said he was a manager and that he would call me back on Monday... we are now waiting as the 2600 check is just laying around... god knows where. More
