Those that took issue with Toyota when it was going through recall difficulties are definitely outnumbered by those of us loyal to the brand. I purchased 2011 Toyota Sienna XLE on 7/5/10. I wanted the ENT package, but it was not in stock. I settled for a promise that they would install the DVDs at my location-over 100 miles away. 2 weeks later, the ENT package, but it was not in stock. I settled for a promise that they would install the DVDs at my location-over 100 miles away. 2 weeks later, what was installed doesn't work and I am still waiting for the job to be completed. Calls were not retuned from the Sales person, Dion Glass as he promised. I feel like after the sale was made, they were finished. I have had to call corporate, the sales manager, etc... The new install date is now next week. I never would have purchased anything from this dealership had I known I would receive this type of service. This is a brand new van. I would have got the van at a local delership with the ENT package already installed. I would not recommend this dealdership. More

When I arrived to look at the vehicle he was waiting for me out front and he was very welcoming. Tom made sure that he looked out for what I wanted, he took his time to explain all details about the purchase of my vehicle and he was very patient. His customer service skills are excellent.
