Our salesman (Mike Stallings) was honest, transparent, and did all he could to ensure a positive experience. My wife and I shopped around at other dealerships in the area, but none were able to compete with the price we were given. Another area dealership would not honor their "sale" price, using deceit. This was not the case at Cobb Co. Toyota. All employees we spoke with were clear, concise, and considerate. I am thankful for honest and caring people in this business. Jason Wade also did a wonderful job helping us through the finance department. We drove from 2 hours away to do business here, so take my advice: don't waste your time at other dealerships. If I ever have the need to go car shopping again, this place will be my standard. More

It was refreshing to deal honestly with my sales rep and did not have to worry about playing games typically found in other dealerships. The negotiating process was straight-forward and took only 1/2 hour to complete with counter offers. My deal for a Toyota Prius was $1600 less than another dealer I visited that did play "games." I know where to go to next time I'm need of a new car. More

I then decided to make the trip to Kennesaw, because that is where I bought my last car, and I remember it being a straightforward process. Stan was so patient with me, and listened to my needs and concerns. I was treated with such kindness. The whole vibe of this dealership is a happy one. Guys who weren’t my salesperson were stopping to say hello and checking if I needed anything while Stan was having my trade in appraised. The financial part was easy as well, a great guy, with a big smile. I had a great car buying experience! We received numerous voicemails and a postcard, all reminding us of our free 6 month service. Each reminder whether the postcard or the voicemails, stated to contact them to make an appointment. So I called and the first person I encountered was a woman answering the phone that when I told her I needed the service department, she transferred me. Okay, it would have been nice to say, let me transfer you or something equivalent. Then I get a man on the phone. I tell him why I am calling and he says, we don't do appointments for that. Bye. I said, wait a minute! Why am I getting multiple things saying I need to call for an appointment if you don't do appointments? He says, I don't know what you got. You just need to come down here and wait. And then he hung up. It wasn't so much the things he said, or even that he abruptly hung up. We have used this dealership and service dept for 20+ years. But these folks really could use a course on phone courtesy. Because if I hadn't used it for so long, and was a new customer, I would be going elsewhere. More

Thankfully, Cobb County Toyota was not like any other dealership I had ever worked with. They are very transparent about how their dealership works and did not try to play games with made up dealer fees or “mandatory” accessories or add ons or anything along those lines. My experience with the financing was the same. Very transparent, friendly, and did not try to force 3rd party warranties or maintenance plans down my throat. Huge thanks to Gregory Munroe, Rob Smith and everyone involved in getting me exactly what I wanted. I will only be sending my friends and family here in the future and highly recommend this place.
