Additionally, my service advisor, Anthony Sullivan, did not clearly explain the paperwork or the services that were completed. By the time I received my vehicle, he had already left, so I was unable to ask any follow-up questions. When I asked another employee, Todd, for clarification, he seemed frustrated and commented that his coworker should not have left the work for him. Rather than helping resolve my concerns, his attitude made the experience even more unpleasant.
