I was disappointed this time around with my oil change service. I was one of the first in line for a Saturday service. I told the service manager I needed to be out of there by a specific time and he reas service. I was one of the first in line for a Saturday service. I told the service manager I needed to be out of there by a specific time and he reassured me it would happen however it didn’t. I never got the text that my car was ready. I had to seek him out. Once I got my car the hazard light was still on indicating that I still needed an oil change. I was frustrated and called to center to discuss. I was told to come back but was short on time. I recommend not going in on a Saturday. The attention to detail is not present. More

Really appreciated the way that Austin breaks down your service needs, pros/cons, and explains systematically how things work at the dealership. I was able to ask all my questions and didn't feel like I wa service needs, pros/cons, and explains systematically how things work at the dealership. I was able to ask all my questions and didn't feel like I was a burden. Overall, I found Austin to be a very genuine and trustworthy guy, and plan to get my car serviced with him again in the future. What’s the point if I can’t use my my two free oil changes. Never the less I will change my oil from now on. More
I've been going to Cobb County Toyota for a while. Even though I don't own it, I consider this MY Dealership. Don't change a thing! Even though I don't own it, I consider this MY Dealership. Don't change a thing! More
Had tire light issue. Wanted to talk to the technician about the service he performed. Wasn't allowed. Said put air in tires and light went out. I had already done that at Wanted to talk to the technician about the service he performed. Wasn't allowed. Said put air in tires and light went out. I had already done that at home based on the cars label of 35 pounds psi of what service desk had told me.. Tires say 51 pounds psi. Wanted to know how to use the tire reset button. Service manager told me what the tech said and didn't know what else he could but couldn't answer the technical question. After service was completed I drove 30 miles and the light came on. Since then i put 40 pounds psi in each tire and the light went off. I will never use your service dept. and never ever buy a car from your dealership again. Customer needs to come first. More
