I expected less than they actually gave me. The salesman was a bit overwhelming from time to time, but I actually did a good job. I’m just not used to being rushed. It did take longer than I thought, and I almost walked out several times, while dealing with the finance officer that I waited an hour to speak with which I thought was not necessary. I did walk out until Frank, the salesman and Rob. The manager came out to talk with me, and in that situation things were settled in only a few minutes. After the deal was made, everybody was wonderful, and out of their way to explain things and help me through the process, and figuring out how my car works, since I haven’t purchased one since 2001. Simon is an exceptional customer and dealer advocate. The only constructive criticism I will offer, is other associates don’t go out of their way to help you if you’re waiting in a queue.
