Sales people very nice. I drove in from Myrtle Beach to buy a van. Left with the auto start/stop light on thinking the light meant the function was off. The function said it I drove in from Myrtle Beach to buy a van. Left with the auto start/stop light on thinking the light meant the function was off. The function said it needed to be serviced so I contacted service who said they just needed to replace the auxiliary battery. I had the battery replaced locally instead of driving three hours. Now the light is off and the service doesn’t work. The coolant level is way below minimum. It’s obvious this vehicle was not inspected or properly serviced. The windshield washer fluid will not come out when it’s supposed to. I believe this car was not given to me in the condition it was stated. Very disappointing. Going to call again to see if there’s any way to get help. Can’t drive 90 minutes one way to have it looked at and back again to have it fixed. More

Service department mgr provided a verbal quote for tow hitch installation, which helped me make the decision to move forward. The charge was as quoted and the technician also discovered that I needed a 4 hitch installation, which helped me make the decision to move forward. The charge was as quoted and the technician also discovered that I needed a 4 wheel alignment, which was taken care of for a reasonable charge. Overall, very happy. More
