Im not happy with my experience Wednesday. Doreen is amazing. lee in parts is amazing but Audrey was not my favorite to deal with. We visited several dealerships looking for the perfect first car for our new driver and none of them can stand toe to toe with City. I called Ty 1hr before arriving and ask to be able to see a particular first car for our new driver and none of them can stand toe to toe with City. I called Ty 1hr before arriving and ask to be able to see a particular vehicle. When we arrived Ty had the vehicle washed/spotless and a plate attached and ready for a test drive. He was very friendly and gave his full attention to helping us find and purchase our vehicle. Instantly greeted with kindness and respect. Zachary went over and beyond my expectations. I did not feel rushed or felt like they were just trying to “sell” me anything. Unlike a few dealership Zachary went over and beyond my expectations. I did not feel rushed or felt like they were just trying to “sell” me anything. Unlike a few dealerships I went to that were just trying to get me in and out without even having me test drive the vehicle. Zachary not only made me feel at home, but he answered all questions I did have and even some that I didn’t know I needed answered.
