From the moment we made an inquiry about a vehicle, to the delivery of the vehicle at our home in another state, this dealership provided excellent customer service! Scott Bailey was our sales advisor and went above and beyond to make sure we had all of our questions answered about the vehicle we were interested in since we could not actually see it in person. Scott even took detailed videos and pictures of the vehicle inside and out and requested a few minor things to be done to the vehicle so that we would feel comfortable with the purchase. The online paperwork for the purchase between our bank, and the dealership was relatively simple and efficient and other members of the Dealership’s team assisted us with questions through emails, phone calls, and texting until the process was finished. We absolutely love our Genesis G70, and know that the price was fair market value and it was the best model and condition that we had seen. This is a used car, but like new and runs amazing!!!! Additionally, when the car arrived, we did notice two things were missing: one small part inside of the vehicle panel to cover some wiring, and also the owners manual to which Scott personally found the owners manual for us and ordered the part immediately to be shipped to us soon. We will definitely look at this Dealership in the future to purchase our next vehicle. More

He genuinely cared about helping me and I felt heard right from the start. I was even able to do most of the work over the phone, he even took the time to make me a video of the car inside and out so I could see it in real time before coming in. This was a huge help for me having littles at home trying to multitask. . He was patient with me and did all the extra stops making sure I was not only happy with my purchase but also excited! I’m so grateful for Tim and the team at Benz. I highly recommend them and will be telling all my family and friends to go straight to Tim! More
