The deal on the car was finalized over the phone/email. I live 45 mins away and did not have a trade-in so the sales person said he would me pick me up and have everything ready. Since it was near closing time the bmw genius also did not have much interest in teaching about the car and said that for learning driver assistance pro need to be on the road and made it sound like not possible that late. Before meeting finance person the sales agent assured that they would send a BMW Genius out to my home to do the orientation in person. Even before leaving he assured me that it would be an orientation at home. No surprise next day I call to try and schedule it and am told that wont be possible any longer. Obviously they lied so that nobody had to stay late and once the car is sold “zero” care about the customer service because the “sale” is completed. I would be very careful about promises which they make and then turn away from it once the car is sold. More
