I had such a great experience with Casey BMW in Newport News! He answered my questions, was patient with me, and I never felt pressured or rushed. What I really appreciated was that the great service didn’t stop once the paperwork was signed. They actually took the time to sit with me and walk me through all the features and tutorials in my new BMW. And trust me…there are A LOT of buttons, screens, bells and whistles to learn! 😂 I left feeling like I actually knew how to operate the car instead of having to go home and figure everything out on YouTube on my own.
