I recently purchased a brand-new 2027 BMW X5 from Casey BMW as a surprise for my wife, and I can say without hesitation that this was one of the finest car-buying experiences I’ve ever had! From the initial consultation to the final delivery, the entire process was seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. First, I cannot say enough wonderful things about my salesperson, Kellen Poto. Kellen has what I can only describe as “a good spirit.” He possesses that rare combination of warmth, sincerity, professionalism, and exceptional product knowledge that immediately puts you at ease. More importantly, Kellen actually listens! Rather than simply selling me what I initially requested, he took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish and, drawing upon his expertise, recommended an alternative configuration. After doing my own research, I discovered that his recommendation was actually a better fit for our needs. That’s the difference between someone who simply sells cars and someone who genuinely cares about getting it right for the customer. The ordering process was equally impressive. Kellen carefully reviewed and confirmed every detail of my order, ensured everything was accurate, and provided a reasonable window to make changes before the order was finalized. There was never any pressure, confusion, or uncertainty. Just thoughtful guidance, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail. Casey BMW deserves tremendous praise as well. The dealership delivered exactly the kind of premium experience one should expect when purchasing a luxury automobile. The entire operation reflected professionalism, efficiency, transparency, and a clear commitment to customer satisfaction. BMW’s production tracking kept me informed of my vehicle’s progress every step of the way, and to my delight, the vehicle was completed ahead of schedule! What impressed me most was that the experience felt like a relationship rather than a transaction. I never felt like just another customer or another sale. I felt heard, respected, and genuinely appreciated. Kellen Poto is an extraordinary ambassador for the BMW brand, and Casey BMW is fortunate to have him on its team. His integrity, positive attitude, expertise, and customer-first approach are exactly what distinguish a truly exceptional salesperson. To the leadership at Casey BMW: Whatever you’re doing to cultivate this level of service, keep doing it. And please recognize Kellen for the outstanding professional he is! Five stars hardly seem sufficient. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase, and I wholeheartedly recommend Kellen Poto and Casey BMW to anyone looking for a first-class luxury car-buying experience. They’ve earned my trust, my appreciation, and my enthusiastic recommendation. Bravo, Kellen! Bravo, Casey BMW! More

Demetrius didn't bat an eye. My original vehicle of choice was out on loan, but that wasn't an issue. He quickly presented a similar X5 with comparable features. It had all the safety features I wanted and an even better color scheme. When he noticed it was my birthday, he surprised me by placing a pink bow on the car while I finalized the paperwork with Mr. Trey Leggett. Both gentlemen were highly professional, answered all of my questions, and made the entire experience enjoyable. More

Although I initially came in focused on one specific model, he took the time to understand the type of vehicles I’d been driving for the past 15+ years and thoughtfully introduced me to other classes that were an even better fit for my preferences. I visited the dealership several times while making my decision, and he remained patient and responsive every step of the way, answering every text message promptly and making me feel comfortable asking questions. Once I decided on the exact vehicle I wanted, he located it and had it on its way within the week. Even after the sale, he continued to answer my questions and made sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely customer-focused car-buying experience. Ask for him personally —he has the patience and an no-pressure vibe even if you’re undecided and just looking! More
