I took delivery of the BMW on last Friday and a week later I still can't drive the BMW over 50 mph! The tires are bad, the aliment is out of wack. Over 40 degrees in all 4 tires! Then the warranty company gives me the run around and Caravan puts you on hold for 8 to 10 mints, they brought me a car with Mitch mat tires! $25K FOR BAD SERVICE! More

No big deal they called me and offered me an Uber being the next day I didn't have a ride there. I didn't like it and it was returned it with no issues. 3 weeks later i ordered another car. I love the ease of ordering online and the description of the car isn't too far off. I received my second car and it had a small dirt area on the back. I made a joke about it with the delivery driver and he made a call and they gave me a detail on them. Then as I was going through the settings of the vehicle I noticed one of the the items they listed as a perk wasn't actually in the car. I called carvana and they admitted to their mistake and accommodated me with what they were able to offer. I have never been to a dealer that will admit their mistake and then try to assist you to make things at ease for you. If i am in the market again I will definitely come here. I would recommend them. Their customer service is great and even the warranty/claims area. I took the car to the dealer to get it looked over and when they found an item they called Carvana and it was taken care of without an issue. This was a hassle free buy. Thank you Carvana I do not remember my delivery driver name but he was the best. Thank you Michelle Benitez for all the great help and customer service you gave me. My delivery date was delayed and interior DIRTY! The interior of suv was very dirty with ground in grime. The previous owners were filthy and their dog hair was disgusting. I started cleaning on it the day of delivery. Not sure what to use on the seats. I realize it is a used vehicle and I am picky.
