I love this place.. Best Car buying experience ever!!!!! I purchased a car in Aug 2018, there was a delay with the delivery. No big deal they called me and offered me an Uber being the next day I didn't hav I purchased a car in Aug 2018, there was a delay with the delivery. No big deal they called me and offered me an Uber being the next day I didn't have a ride there. I didn't like it and it was returned it with no issues. 3 weeks later i ordered another car. I love the ease of ordering online and the description of the car isn't too far off. I received my second car and it had a small dirt area on the back. I made a joke about it with the delivery driver and he made a call and they gave me a detail on them. Then as I was going through the settings of the vehicle I noticed one of the the items they listed as a perk wasn't actually in the car. I called carvana and they admitted to their mistake and accommodated me with what they were able to offer. I have never been to a dealer that will admit their mistake and then try to assist you to make things at ease for you. If i am in the market again I will definitely come here. I would recommend them. Their customer service is great and even the warranty/claims area. I took the car to the dealer to get it looked over and when they found an item they called Carvana and it was taken care of without an issue. This was a hassle free buy. Thank you Carvana I do not remember my delivery driver name but he was the best. Thank you Michelle Benitez for all the great help and customer service you gave me. My delivery date was delayed and interior DIRTY! The interior of suv was very dirty with ground in grime. The previous owners were filthy and their dog hair was disgusting. I started cleaning on it the day of delivery. Not sure what to use on the seats. I realize it is a used vehicle and I am picky. Just saying I felt really unsettled, but the exterior is nice and I hope everything else is good. The delivery man was very nice and commented on how nice and clean my trade in was. More

From the very start, the whole purchase process was very simple and fast. We scheduled our delivery for a Saturday, and when the car arrived, it looked very clean inside and out and exceeded our expectations. Our driver was very punctual and very knowledgeable about the whole process. The whole experience was exceptional! Our son saw how easy it was, and he ordered a car, too!
