Almost perfect The actual purchasing part was great. It was easy and fast. The difficult part was after it was delivered I noticed the windshield washer fluid didn’t work. Because of this, it failed inspection and I couldn’t drive the car for about a week. It took two trips and about 10 hours at a local dealership to resolve and although it was paid for by silverrock, I wish it was something they had checked before it was delivered. I am still happy with my purchase, however. More

Awesome service from everyone involved! I had my vehicle up for two months and I still owed on it. I said sure and proceeded to give them my vin number. They gave me an offer about $1000 over what dealerships wanted to give me to trade in. I also didn’t have this vehicle registered anymore, so I wasn’t able to drive it to a dealership for them to buy it. So having arcana come and pick it up was very nice. Once I agreed to the amount and sent in the necessary documents online, I scheduled an appointment for pick up. I received a text and email with the appointment confirmation. Arie was the name of the Carvana rep that came to inspect and pick up my truck. He called and texted saying that he was on his way on the day of pickup. Once he got to my house he did the inspection and said everything checked out. He loaded the truck on the trailer, I filled out the paperwork and the truck was on it’s way to a new home. Both Mario and Arie were awesome with any questions I had. They made the transaction as smooth as I could believe it could be. My parents are in the market for a new vehicle and I will be recommending them to Carvana for the purchase since I received such great customer satisfaction. More

I still owed a relatively significant amount for the car and had been appraised slightly below what I owed by various dealerships. That’s where Carvana comes in! Tom Perkins from Carvana reached out to me after seeing my listing, asked me a few questions and after running my VIN he sent me more information on Carvana. After doing some serious research and not finding a ton of information, an article on the New York Times persuaded me to go for it. Even though the process was mostly managed online, Tom helped get my account set up, submitted my appraisal (which was MUCH higher than what the other dealerships had offered) and stuck with me every step of the way. He frequently checked in to make sure I got my paperwork submitted, appointment set up, and the pick up went smoothly. THANK YOU TOM! I do have to say that I did appreciate the online process, which made it seem legit and a little less scary than giving some random person my information. The pick up went smoothly, two young & friendly gentleman came in a clearly marked Carvana car to assess and pick up my vehicle. After they took it for a test drive (I did not go with them, not sure if that would be necessary) they had me fill out the paperwork, helped me get my plates off the car, and handed me a check for the difference of my appraisal & loan balance. The check cleared and my loan was paid off in full! If you are hesitant - let me assure you this was totally worth it and easier than dealing with an individual person or dealership! More

I took delivery of the BMW on last Friday and a week later I still can't drive the BMW over 50 mph! The tires are bad, the aliment is out of wack. Over 40 degrees in all 4 tires! Then the warranty company gives me the run around and Caravan puts you on hold for 8 to 10 mints, they brought me a car with Mitch mat tires! $25K FOR BAD SERVICE! More
