This will change the way you think about car salesmen! I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. “What are you willing to pay?” Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought “what the heck.” Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it’s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol. More

HIGHLY recommend I had my doubts about buying a car online for sure. I only considered it because I had a friend who used Carvana, and I trusted them. The price was better than anything we found shopping around locally, and the FEES were almost non-existent in comparison! At a local dealer, the price was almost $2K more than the listed price on the car. For Carvana, it was only the necessary tax and tags. I was FLOORED with the price. So great. The process was easy, the customer service was fabulous, the price was amazing, my car was delivered TO. MY. HOUSE. for free, and I will definitely do this again. If I had to pick something to change, I guess I would like more still photos of the car instead of just the 5 or so. The virtual tour of the car was cool, but more pictures of the inside would've been fun. I will definitely recommend shopping with Carvana to friends. More

Almost perfect The actual purchasing part was great. It was easy and fast. I felt the pictures fairly represented the car and felt safe with the return and warranty The actual purchasing part was great. It was easy and fast. I felt the pictures fairly represented the car and felt safe with the return and warranty policies in place. The difficult part was after it was delivered I noticed the windshield washer fluid didn’t work. Because of this, it failed inspection and I couldn’t drive the car for about a week. It took two trips and about 10 hours at a local dealership to resolve and although it was paid for by silverrock, I wish it was something they had checked before it was delivered. I am still happy with my purchase, however. More

Awesome service from everyone involved! I had my vehicle up for two months and I still owed on it. Not too many people wanted to buy a vehicle and then wait for the title transfer from the b I had my vehicle up for two months and I still owed on it. Not too many people wanted to buy a vehicle and then wait for the title transfer from the bank. Mario from Carvana reached out to me asking if I would be interested in selling to them. I said sure and proceeded to give them my vin number. They gave me an offer about $1000 over what dealerships wanted to give me to trade in. I also didn’t have this vehicle registered anymore, so I wasn’t able to drive it to a dealership for them to buy it. So having arcana come and pick it up was very nice. Once I agreed to the amount and sent in the necessary documents online, I scheduled an appointment for pick up. I received a text and email with the appointment confirmation. Arie was the name of the Carvana rep that came to inspect and pick up my truck. He called and texted saying that he was on his way on the day of pickup. Once he got to my house he did the inspection and said everything checked out. He loaded the truck on the trailer, I filled out the paperwork and the truck was on it’s way to a new home. Both Mario and Arie were awesome with any questions I had. They made the transaction as smooth as I could believe it could be. My parents are in the market for a new vehicle and I will be recommending them to Carvana for the purchase since I received such great customer satisfaction. More
