Awesome service from everyone involved! I had my vehicle up for two months and I still owed on it. I said sure and proceeded to give them my vin number. They gave me an offer about $1000 over what dealerships wanted to give me to trade in. I also didn’t have this vehicle registered anymore, so I wasn’t able to drive it to a dealership for them to buy it. So having arcana come and pick it up was very nice. Once I agreed to the amount and sent in the necessary documents online, I scheduled an appointment for pick up. I received a text and email with the appointment confirmation. Arie was the name of the Carvana rep that came to inspect and pick up my truck. He called and texted saying that he was on his way on the day of pickup. Once he got to my house he did the inspection and said everything checked out. He loaded the truck on the trailer, I filled out the paperwork and the truck was on it’s way to a new home. Both Mario and Arie were awesome with any questions I had. They made the transaction as smooth as I could believe it could be. My parents are in the market for a new vehicle and I will be recommending them to Carvana for the purchase since I received such great customer satisfaction. More

I still owed a relatively significant amount for the car and had been appraised slightly below what I owed by various dealerships. That’s where Carvana comes in! Tom Perkins from Carvana reached out to me after seeing my listing, asked me a few questions and after running my VIN he sent me more information on Carvana. After doing some serious research and not finding a ton of information, an article on the New York Times persuaded me to go for it. Even though the process was mostly managed online, Tom helped get my account set up, submitted my appraisal (which was MUCH higher than what the other dealerships had offered) and stuck with me every step of the way. He frequently checked in to make sure I got my paperwork submitted, appointment set up, and the pick up went smoothly. THANK YOU TOM! I do have to say that I did appreciate the online process, which made it seem legit and a little less scary than giving some random person my information. The pick up went smoothly, two young & friendly gentleman came in a clearly marked Carvana car to assess and pick up my vehicle. After they took it for a test drive (I did not go with them, not sure if that would be necessary) they had me fill out the paperwork, helped me get my plates off the car, and handed me a check for the difference of my appraisal & loan balance. The check cleared and my loan was paid off in full! If you are hesitant - let me assure you this was totally worth it and easier than dealing with an individual person or dealership! More

I took delivery of the BMW on last Friday and a week later I still can't drive the BMW over 50 mph! The tires are bad, the aliment is out of wack. Over 40 degrees in all 4 tires! Then the warranty company gives me the run around and Caravan puts you on hold for 8 to 10 mints, they brought me a car with Mitch mat tires! $25K FOR BAD SERVICE! More

I love this place.. Best Car buying experience ever!!!!! I purchased a car in Aug 2018, there was a delay with the delivery. No big deal they called me and offered me an Uber being the next day I didn't have a ride there. I didn't like it and it was returned it with no issues. 3 weeks later i ordered another car. I love the ease of ordering online and the description of the car isn't too far off. I received my second car and it had a small dirt area on the back. I made a joke about it with the delivery driver and he made a call and they gave me a detail on them. Then as I was going through the settings of the vehicle I noticed one of the the items they listed as a perk wasn't actually in the car. I called carvana and they admitted to their mistake and accommodated me with what they were able to offer. I have never been to a dealer that will admit their mistake and then try to assist you to make things at ease for you. If i am in the market again I will definitely come here. I would recommend them. Their customer service is great and even the warranty/claims area. I took the car to the dealer to get it looked over and when they found an item they called Carvana and it was taken care of without an issue. This was a hassle free buy. My delivery date was delayed and interior DIRTY! The interior of suv was very dirty with ground in grime. The previous owners were filthy and their dog hair was disgusting. I started cleaning on it the day of delivery. Not sure what to use on the seats. I realize it is a used vehicle and I am picky.
