Great Return Policy I love this dealership. The fact you can try any car for 6 days (first day pickup counts) and up to 400 miles is the best policy to date..... ANYWH I love this dealership. The fact you can try any car for 6 days (first day pickup counts) and up to 400 miles is the best policy to date..... ANYWHERE. It gives you time to try it out, look it over yourself and/or with an ASE certified mechanic, or even see if sleeping in it is comfortable. The customer service in store was excellent. However, they lose a star when it comes to speaking with the repair department, and I was given no ability to negotiate a better deal due to discovering rust inside the vehicle and that the clutch was fairly worn out. Even when sending photos. I am going back in a few weeks (reserved it with a $100 refundable), to check out a 2010 Camaro, and see if it's any better. More

Damaged car in delivery My wife and I were really looking forward to getting our new srx. But when it was delivered, we were informed that the onstar/xm antenna was broken of My wife and I were really looking forward to getting our new srx. But when it was delivered, we were informed that the onstar/xm antenna was broken off when it was being delivered. I was handed the antenna and told Carvana would fix it. What this really meant was I would be required to take an entire day off work, go to a Cadillac dealership to get a quote and make several phone calls lasting in excess of 4 hours to get approval for Cadillac to fix what Carvana did to my car. When I brought up the fact I would have to leave my recently purchased car at the dealership for a week and I would be without transportation, Carvana offered nothing. I had to press them to provide a rental car. So, here I am, more than a week after I purchased a vehicle my wife and I really love, and we have only driven it once. Which was to the dealership to get it fixed. Oh and did I mention that the way the antenna broke, it allowed a ton of rain into the headliner, inside the vehicle and Carvana allowed it to be delivered in that condition? On a brighter note, our advocate was great, but that is the only thing that was positive about our first and only experience with this dealership. I will not recommend Carvana to anyone else. Beyond angry and frustrated. If it wasn’t for the fact we really love the car, I would have returned it. More

BEST car buying experience EVER!!!! My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A fe My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
