Honest, kept their word, Easy! I was honestly hesitant do to other online reviews of Carvana that indicated people had previously had problems getting license plates etc. However, I I was honestly hesitant do to other online reviews of Carvana that indicated people had previously had problems getting license plates etc. However, I think those reviews were really old or only upset customers were reviewing. I had an easy process, excellent and frequent communication and this was the least stressful car trade-in and purchase I've ever had. I had a perfect process from beginning to end. Every employee I dealt with was responsive and, more importantly, everything they told me was accurate. I only spoke to someone on the phone once; everything else I chose to manage via text message and email. The car arrived on time. I got my plates weeks before I expected them, I received a price adjustment check quicker than their estimate and my car was exactly as described. It had a small ding (pencil eraser size) which they openly admitted on the website AND the delivery driver pointed it out to me to make sure I was OK with it. I will absolutely use Carvana again. After hitting "Get Started" the timer starts and the process goes pretty quick. Carvana does a fantastic job calling, explaining the process, and answering any questions you may have. Once all the paperwork is finalized, schedule delivery and your new car appears. Easy, painless process that will be utilized again and again for future purchases. More

Carvana perform a 100 point inspection and somehow missed this. It was sold as 30,000 mile car, actual odometer reading 56,000 miles. No offer of compensation. In refunding my money - a process that took three weeks - their finance company Bridgecrest ruined my credit rating by recording the loan payoff incorrectly. They insisted on getting the car and then giving me a check. Who would agree to that? We exchanged keys and money. Avoid this company, the staff is incompetent. More
An Interesting & insight peek into the future of car buying There's a lot i could say about my purchasing experience, and not all of it is considerably bad. I will say however, the one particular difference i can draw from purchasing a vehicle online, versus at a dealership, is time. Through Carvana, the most time effective part of the processes is finding a car you'd like, running through their payment-wizard, and checking out. From there on out, the entire "finalization" process can take a little as 3ish weeks. Let me be clear, by Finalization, i'm inferring that the down payment, title transfer, and registration all be complete within that time frame, not you receiving the vehicle you just purchased. This all being a result of modern clashing with archaic systems, but also the freedom and ability you get with Carvana to actively "test drive" your vehicle for the first week of that 3ish week period i mentioned. Another reason for the lengthy weight, is also likely due to the fact that you are in a qued line of other purchasers also waiting for the same thing. This all in contrast to dealships, which finalize all of this within the day. Granted, there's a lot to be said about the experience at dealships, and I would choose Carvana over that any day of the week. More

Terrible experience at virtually every turn The story of how awful my Carvana experience was is a long one. As I've told my friends during the course of the buying journey, they've all been enraptured to hear about the next way Carvana has screwed up and inconvenienced me. I'll try to summarize it all below: - My car delivery was delayed by 2 weeks because it got damaged in transit. - They first offered me only $25/day for up to 10 days toward a rental car during that time, as I was without a car. I talked them into paying for the rental car. - On the day it was next scheduled to be delivered, I got a call saying they couldn't deliver it. There was no room on the truck. The truck I'd had a reservation on for two weeks. - I was told they couldn't deliver it in the evening, when I could be home, for 3 more days. And I was busy that night. - I ended up having to pick up my car at the vending machine the following night, with my wife driving me across Rush Hour traffic to the west side of Atlanta. I was told they wouldn't pay the $10 or so to get me an Uber ride from the rental car location, so I had to inconvenience my wife too. - The "vending machine" location was nothing more than an office with a couple of garage bays, and I felt like I was interrupting the people there. They knew nothing about my car, including about the earlier damage. No one explained anything about the car, but I had luckily taken a test drive at a local dealer. The Prius isn't like most cars, so had I not taken the time to do that, I would have had a hard time knowing how to operate the vehicle. - The traffic was awful, and they had nowhere to test drive the car. They suggested I drive it around a parking lot next door. - The next morning, I realized the price they charged me was $1,000 more than we agreed to. They agreed to send me a check for the $1,000 difference. - Turns out, my rental car was only booked through Dec. 4, so Enterprise wanted me to pay for the last two days. I got them to contact Carvana first, so hopefully they'll pay for it. - I'm still waiting to hear back about the $1,000 check, which I'm not confident will come. I want nothing to do with Carvana for the rest of my life. This has been the worst car-buying experience I could reasonably imagine, and I will tell everyone I know to be very wary of dealing with them. More

Great Customer Service, Terrible Inspection Quality ustomer service through-out the process was amazing. Now the bad.. Who ever "inspected" my SUV, should be terminated. There were several major issues ustomer service through-out the process was amazing. Now the bad.. Who ever "inspected" my SUV, should be terminated. There were several major issues and a few minor issues. Major Issues -Left driver side wheel had metallic rubbing noise. -TPMS was not working, delivered with dash warning light on. -Brakes were spongy Minor Issues -Bad touch up paint job on driver door. - Crayons and trash under seats. The only reason I kept this car is because the warranty allowed me to take it to my local Chevy dealership. After two full days in the shop and a $1641 invoice, I was able to really try out my new purchase. Luckily, the warranty service paid everything 100% with no deductible. I ended up getting all new rotors and brake pads. TPMS fixed. I will use Carvana in the future but will make sure the vehicle is inspected properly by a true professional. More
